Honest Woodcraft in Every Detail You Live With
We shape solid timber into furniture and interiors that feel honest, grounded and made to last — measured to the millimetre and finished entirely by hand.

Rooted in Craft, Defined by Detail
Oakline Craftworks began at a single workbench in 2007. Today thirty-six carpenters, joiners, finishers and designers share one workshop — choosing boards by hand, cutting joints the slow way and fitting every piece ourselves.

Questions Clients Ask About Our Work
Straight answers on process, materials and what to expect when you commission Oakline.
Fitted joinery, one-off furniture, staircases, interior panelling, doors and full timber rooms — every piece made to measure in our own workshop.
Yes — most of our work starts from a rough idea or a photograph. We turn it into measured drawings and timber samples for your approval first.
Single pieces take two to four weeks; fitted rooms and staircases typically run six to ten weeks from survey to sign-off.
Mostly oak, walnut, ash, cedar and pine from certified yards — plus reclaimed boards we re-grade in-house for character pieces.
Always. Our own fitters deliver, install and finish every commission, and walk the room with you before we call it done.
