Enquiries and quotes. When you submit a contact, enquiry or quote form, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, project information and any file names you attach — so we can respond. We keep enquiries for up to three years.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to “Notes from the bench”, we store your email address to send occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Store orders. When you buy from the workshop store, our checkout provider processes your payment and delivery details. We never see or store your full card number.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses only strictly necessary storage for the cart and your preferences. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
