These terms cover quotations, commissions and store orders with Oakline Craftworks, 14 Mill Lane, Millbrook, Pennsylvania 17815.
Quotations. A quotation is fixed for 90 days and describes the work, timber, finish and programme agreed at survey. Changes you request afterwards are quoted separately before we proceed.
Commissions. Fitted work requires a 40% deposit to reserve workshop time, with the balance due on signed-off installation. Every installation carries a five-year craftsmanship warranty covering joints, fixings and finishes under normal use.
Store orders. Workshop pieces are built to order and ship within ten working days unless stated otherwise. You may return an unused piece within 30 days for a full refund; bespoke or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
Timber. Wood is a natural material: grain, colour and movement vary between boards. Samples show the character of a species, not an exact match, and we select boards for harmony rather than uniformity.
